Standard Auto Spring Works
Leaf Spring Repair in Winnipeg
A leaf spring problem is not always solved by replacing everything. We inspect the complete assembly, explain what can be repaired and tell you when a full spring pack is the better choice.

Representative spring work
What you may notice
Signs worth having checked.
- The vehicle sits lower on one side
- The rear end feels loose or unsettled
- A spring leaf is cracked, shifted or missing
- Shackles or spring hardware show visible wear
- The vehicle no longer carries its normal load evenly
What we look at
The inspection goes beyond one part.
- Individual leaves and the complete spring pack
- Spring eyes, bushings, shackles and hangers
- U-bolts, centre bolts, clips and axle seating
- Ride height and side-to-side condition
- How the vehicle is normally loaded and used
Good to know
Photos shared through a staff-approved channel can help us prepare, but the final recommendation is made after the vehicle and spring assembly are inspected at the shop.
What helps us prepare
- Year, make and model
- Vehicle type and unit number when applicable
- A short description in your own words
- Clear photos ready if staff asks you to share them
- Optional VIN identifier for a possible vehicle match
