Impact damage diagnosis
MPI Steering, Axle and Alignment Repairs
We diagnose and repair steering, axle and wheel position damage caused by collisions, curb strikes and severe pothole impacts. The approved scope may arrive through MPI, the vehicle owner or a body shop managing the larger collision repair.
Axles and driveline
Damage beyond the visible wheel angle
A wheel that no longer sits correctly can point to damage in the axle, hub, steering or suspension system. We measure before selecting the repair path.
CV axles and half shafts
Bent or broken axle assemblies
Axle position correction
Axle tracking and suspension-geometry correction
Hub and bearing replacement
Related suspension and spring repairs
Alignment
Measure, correct and document
Collision and curb alignment
Measurements help separate an alignment adjustment from a bent component that must be repaired first.
Pothole damage assessment
We inspect steering, suspension, hubs and wheel position after a severe impact. MPI decides claim coverage.
Suitable light vehicle alignment
Our alignment service covers passenger vehicles and pickups through F-350/3500-class. Ask us about larger commercial repair scope.
Safety first
Do not keep driving a vehicle with unstable steering or tire contact.
If the wheel is pushed back, the steering no longer responds normally, a component is broken or the tire is contacting the body, stop driving and follow MPI or towing instructions.
Authorization and official rules
Keep the repair source and insurance source clear.
