We inspect, document and repair suspension damage connected with an approved MPI claim, including collision, curb and pothole impacts. Customers may choose Standard after MPI provides repair direction, or a body shop may send the vehicle to us as a mechanical sublet.

Our spring department can assess the full pack, axle seating and related hardware before recommending the approved repair.
Suspension components
Impact damage can travel through more than one component. We check the surrounding system and document additional damage when a supplement may be required.

Ride height, alignment and component position can be recorded to support the mechanical repair scope.
Clear evidence helps the body shop or MPI reviewer understand what was found after disassembly and inspection.
Additional damage is documented and submitted through the assigned repair process before work outside the approved scope proceeds.
Pothole or curb impact
