Standard Auto Spring Works is a participating retailer in the MPI Winter Tire Program. Eligible individuals can finance up to $2,000 per vehicle at prime plus 2% over one to four years. Interest rates and program rules are set by MPI and can change.

Eligibility
The program is for eligible individual customers, not corporate customers.
You must own the passenger vehicle or light truck and have it registered in your name.
MPI requires no outstanding payments or restrictions. Final eligibility is confirmed through the program system.
At the shop
We confirm the tire, vehicle fitment and the products or installation services included in your purchase.
Bring your Manitoba driver's licence and the vehicle registration.
Our team checks eligibility and completes the Winter Tire Program loan setup with you in-store.
Approved payments are withdrawn automatically according to the MPI loan terms you accept.
Keep the scopes separate
If tire installation or alignment reveals worn suspension, steering, brake or other mechanical components, those repairs require a separate estimate and payment arrangement. They are not added to the Winter Tire Program loan as repair work.
Current program terms
The financing rate is tied to prime and may change without notice. MPI controls eligibility, approved financing items and final loan authorization.
